If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, please get in touch with us to arrange for reshipment or a refund.

2. What should I do to exchange or refund an item?

 

Please note that we can only facilitate exchanges or refunds in case,

• Your product arrives damaged during transit (uncut opening video required) and it is informed to us within 24 hours.

• Our courier partner loses your package during transit, or the wrong item has been shipped to you.

 

4. How can I return the product delivered damaged/wrong?

 

Please note currently, we do not offer a reverse pick-up service. Please contact us, and we will provide instructions on how to initiate a refund/exchange for the product.

 

5. Can I exchange or refund a product purchased during the sale?

 

Products purchased during the sale are non-refundable, and not eligible for Returns and Exchanges.
